Terms of Service

By accessing or using DexAlerts (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DexAlerts is a discovery and promotion platform for crypto tokens on Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base and many other blockchains. We show rankings, market data, on-chain trades, boosts and comments, and sell clearly labelled promotional placements. DexAlerts is not a broker, exchange, wallet provider, custodian or investment adviser.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use crypto-related services where you live.

Some features (comments, packages) require signing a message with a Solana or EVM wallet. Signing in never moves funds and never gives us access to your wallet. You are responsible for the security of your wallet and everything done with it.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful or to defraud others
• Impersonate a project, person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Promote tokens, banners or links that are scams, phishing, malware or that infringe someone else's rights
• Manipulate boosts or rankings with bots, scripts, wash trading or coordinated fake activity
• Post spam, harassment, hate or illegal content in comments
• Interfere with, overload or attempt to break the security of the Service

Any project may apply for a listing. We decide which tokens are listed and may list, decline or remove any token at our discretion. A listing does not mean we endorse a token. Token information comes from public sources and may be incomplete or wrong.

We may hide tokens, comments or banners at any time if we believe they are harmful, misleading or break these Terms.

Paid placements include boost packs, Top 3 and Top 15 trending spots, Premium Listings, banner ads and monthly or yearly packages. Prices and durations are shown before you pay. Paid placements are labelled for visitors.

Prices are set in US dollars. Each order has its own one-time deposit address on the network you choose, and the amount due in your chosen currency is fixed when the order is created. Your placement activates automatically once at least that amount has been received on-chain. If every slot of a product is booked, your order is queued and starts when the earliest running placement ends; the expected start is shown at checkout.

A trending spot guarantees position and visibility for the paid period. Boosts count for the period of the pack, influence a token's trending score as one factor among many, and are shown publicly next to the token. No placement guarantees traffic, a ranking, price movement or any other result.

A Premium Listing is a one-time purchase that stays in place for as long as DexAlerts operates, unless it is removed because the token or its project breaks these Terms (for example a scam, rug pull or impersonation). The project profile supplied with it must be accurate and is subject to moderation.

Package credits are granted per 30-day cycle, do not roll over between cycles and can be used for any token.

Payments are made in the cryptocurrency and on the network shown on your order, and are irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Send only that currency on that network; other currencies or networks are not detected automatically and may be unrecoverable.

A quote is held for 30 minutes. Stablecoin payments (USDC, USDT) keep the quoted amount while the order's address is watched (7 days). Other currencies arriving more than 30 minutes after the hold ended are checked at the live rate; if the currency has fallen against the US dollar since the quote, the order activates once the difference has arrived.

We refund, minus network fees, to a wallet address you confirm with us (normally the one you paid from, unless that was an exchange) when:

• A placement you paid for was not delivered because of a fault on our side
• You sent less than the order total and the order expired unpaid (request within 30 days, quoting your order code)
• You sent more than the order total (the difference, on request within 30 days)
• You paid for a Premium Listing for a token that already had one

We do not refund for dissatisfaction with results, market performance, change of mind, or placements removed because they broke these Terms.

Crypto assets are highly volatile and you can lose everything you put in. Rankings, scores, security checks and promotions are informational and automated; they are not recommendations or endorsements. Always do your own research. DexAlerts is not responsible for your trading decisions or losses.

Market data comes from third parties such as DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, Jupiter, RugCheck and GoPlus Security, and from public blockchains. We don't control or guarantee third-party data, websites or social accounts linked from the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DexAlerts is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses from trading. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
