Privacy & Cookie Policy

1. What we collect

When you browse

  • Your IP address, used only in salted, one-way hashed form to rate-limit abuse and count people online. We don't store raw IP addresses.
  • Privacy-friendly, cookie-less page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics).

When you sign in with a wallet

  • Your public wallet address and the signed sign-in message. We never see your private keys or seed phrase.

When you comment or buy a placement

  • Comments are public and shown with a shortened version of your wallet address.
  • For orders we store the product, token, banner and link you chose, the payment network and currency, the paying wallet address, transaction hashes and, if you give one, a contact handle for support.
  • For a Premium Listing we store the project profile you supply (description, links and header image), which is shown publicly.

When you use the data API

  • API keys are stored only as a one-way hash, with a count of requests per key to enforce your plan's limits.

2. How we use it

  • To run the Service: rankings, listings, comments, orders, package credits and API keys
  • To activate paid placements and process refunds
  • To prevent spam, fraud and abuse
  • To meet legal obligations

We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers.

3. Who processes it

  • Supabase: database and wallet sign-in
  • Vercel: hosting, edge network and cookie-less analytics
  • GeckoTerminal: on token pages your browser loads recent trades directly from GeckoTerminal
  • DexScreener: token charts are embedded from DexScreener, and chain logos load from its CDN
  • Telegram: public announcements of new listings and placements (no personal data)

On-chain data (wallets, transactions) is public by nature of public blockchains.

4. How long we keep it

  • Online-presence heartbeats: 15 minutes
  • Rate-limit counters: 2 days
  • Activity feed events: 14 days
  • Comments: until you or we remove them
  • Orders: as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes

5. Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage for things you'd expect to persist:

  • Your theme (light/dark)
  • Your watchlist and your last payment currency
  • A random visitor ID for the online counter
  • Your wallet sign-in session and last-used wallet
  • IDs of orders you placed in this browser

You can clear these at any time from your browser settings; the site will keep working, you'll just lose those preferences.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing. Contact admin@dexalerts.io and include your wallet address so we can find your data. Data written to a blockchain can't be deleted by anyone.

7. Children

DexAlerts is for adults (18+). We don't knowingly collect data from children.

8. Changes

We'll update this page and its date if our practices change.
