How fast does my promotion go live?

Automatically, as soon as your payment confirms on-chain: usually seconds on Solana and the faster EVM networks, about a minute on Ethereum and Polygon. There is no manual review step.

What if all slots are taken?

You can still book. Your slot is queued and starts the moment the earliest running promotion ends; the checkout shows the exact wait before you pay.

Can I pay from an exchange?

Yes. Every order gets its own deposit address, so you can pay from any wallet or exchange. Withdraw on the network shown on your order, and make sure the amount that arrives is at least the order total, since exchanges sometimes deduct withdrawal fees.

Which currencies and networks can I pay with?

SOL, USDC or USDT on Solana; ETH, USDC or USDT on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Optimism; ETH or USDC on Base; BNB, USDT or USDC on BNB Chain; POL, USDC or USDT on Polygon; AVAX, USDC or USDT on Avalanche. Prices are set in US dollars and converted at the live rate when you check out.

What if I send too little?

The order page shows what's been received and how much is left. Top it up from any wallet within 7 days and it activates automatically.

How long is the price held?

30 minutes. USDC and USDT payments keep the quoted amount for 7 days. SOL, ETH, BNB, POL or AVAX that arrives more than 30 minutes after the hold ended is checked at the live price, and if the coin has fallen since your quote you're asked for the small difference. If it rose, your original amount still counts.

What do boosts do?

Each pack adds its boosts to a token for 24 hours. Boosts lift the token's trending score, show next to it on every board and on its page, and put it on the Most boosted list. Packs stack, so you can add more at any time.

What is a Premium Listing?

A one-time payment that lists your token right away, or upgrades a token that's already listed, and keeps it Premium for good: a verified badge everywhere on the site, a place in the Premium spotlight, and your own description, header image and links on the token page.

Are paid placements labelled?

Yes. Paid trending spots carry a ⚡ badge and Premium Listings a verified badge, and every token's boosts are shown next to it, so visitors can always see them.

Can I order through an API?

Yes. Data API subscribers can order Premium Listings, boosts and trending spots for any token, for themselves or their clients. See the developer docs.

Do you guarantee price performance?

No. We guarantee the placement you paid for, for the time you paid for. What the market does with it is up to the market.
